Just curious - where are people's favourite stop off points while out riding?

Stopping?

Kidding aside, I really enjoy stopping at the end of the ride. The Savoury Cafe on Oak Bay Ave just east of Richmond is rad and tasty and near enough to home that I can coast with a full belly. Nourish is great after a CX or mtb ride. Cow Drumroster is a must over the Hat.

Others?

Top of Goldstream Ridge is always a mandatory recovery stop. Bring your own food though, like wild salmon chunks.

Shirley Delicious without a doubt. Everything about it from the grub, style and fact that is rests at the top of a decent climb from either side. View point stops at J-River, end of east-sooke (silver spray) and Mt. Doug
