Goose to the Burnside and Watkiss intersection and take Watkiss to Highland Rd. Take it until it ends at Westoby and turn around. Take Burnside back in.

Head out to Cordova Bay, across the highway, around Elk/Beaver, Spartan, and either Interurban or Prospect back.

Highland road sounds like a good one. No traffic, good surface. Could also continue straight at Barker split for a little gravel to connect to Munns.

In my end of town… Goose to Wale, turn left. Down Ocean Blvd around lagoon, and maybe through the hood at the far end in order to avoid the Muur De Lagoon (if required). Left onto Metchosin Rd, follow around to Happy Valley, up Happy Valley to Latoria, up Latoria to Veterans, over the hill and on to Atkins and Goose back into town. If you want more distance add a Rocky Point/Kangaroo/Lindholm loop in the middle...

Gents rides are up and running for 2016 - come out for a casual spin on various routes around town - 40-50km in length, with 25-28km/h avg - we leave at 6:15pm, Monday evenings from Oak Bay Bikes and finish up at the Fernwwod Inn for refreshments and refueling.

Route ideas are encouraged & welcomed -

For this week, Monday May 16th -

Anyone opposing some hill climbs regrouping at the top of each? Im thinking tolmie, mt doug, treetoop, claremont, goose back in. Top 3 finishers get to pick the beer and wings! Plus bragging rights

Love the idea! but want to make sure we give 'fair warning' - we can do a 'regular' spin this week, and mention the hill's for the following -
